Boston Scientific announced its third-quarter 2026 financial results, reporting sales of $5.138 billion, a 1.5% increase year-over-year, and an adjusted EPS of $0.73. The company lowered its full-year 2026 adjusted EPS guidance to a range of $3.16—$3.18, citing persistent pricing pressures in China and weakness in its electrophysiology and Watchman product lines. Additionally, the company disclosed that its $14.5 billion acquisition of Penumbra is now expected to close in the first quarter of 2027 due to regulatory delays, with higher interest rates contributing to increased earnings drag.

Management also noted that an August 2026 cybersecurity incident negatively impacted 2026 results, though operations have since been restored.
