Trent Chairman Noel Tata to Retire; Bahram Vakil Named Successor

Noel N. Tata will retire as Trent chairman and director at the close of business on November 11, 2026, after 29 years with the company. Bahram Vakil will take over on November 12; the board also added Rajiv Dube and Kalpana Merchant, subject to shareholder approval.
