ASE Technology Unit to Buy Equipment for NT$1.12 Billion
ASE Technology (TPE:3711) unit Advanced Semiconductor Engineering will acquire production machinery and equipment from KLA for NT$1.12 billion, according to a Friday Taiwan Exchange filing. Shares gained 1% in Monday's afternoon trade. The equipment was purchased between May 13 and July 3, and will be used for production and operations.
