Nanoveu Reports First 16-Nanometre Silicon Samples and 33 ECS Chip Opportunities

Nanoveu says it has 33 active customer opportunities for its ECS-DoT-22 chip, including eight prospective customers incorporating it into product designs. Three other customers were evaluating the 22-nanometre device on development kits at the end of September.
