Takween Gets Saudi Competition Regulator's Nod for Advanced Fabrics Factory Co Deal

Takween Advanced Industries (SASE:1201) secured a non-objection from the Saudi General Authority for Competition to buy a 70% stake in Advanced Fabrics Factory Co from Jofo Nonwovens. The plastics packaging and non-woven fabric company signed the share purchase agreement for the stake deal at the end of April, according to a Sunday release. Closing is subject to remaining regulatory procedures.
