EQT Fund Agrees to Buy Australia-based Parking Technology Provider Orikan

An EQT (EQT.ST) fund agreed to buy Australia-based integrated parking, enforcement, and compliance technology company Orikan. The acquisition remains subject to customary conditions and approvals, the Sweden-listed private equity firm said in a Monday release. EQT intends to support the target company's growth strategy through a partnership and investments.
