EVE Energy Units to Establish Two Guangdong R&D Branches

EVE Energy (SHE:300014) subsidiaries Hubei EVE Power and Jingmen EVE Chuangneng will each establish research and development branches in Guangdong, China. The move aims to attract top research talent from South China, facilitate resource sharing, and bring the company closer to customers and market trends, according to a weekend filing with the Shenzhen bourse. The branches will be located in Huizhou City's Zhongkai High-Tech Zone. Shares of the battery maker were down 2% in recent trade.
