Mooreast Receives Listing Notice for 69 Million Capitalization Shares

Mooreast (SGX:1V3) received a listing and quotation notice from the SGX-ST, for up to 69.4 million capitalization shares to be issued as settlement for an SG$13 million shareholder loan, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore bourse. The proposed capitalization is structured in two tranches, with the first comprising 44.4 million shares at an issue price of SG$0.135 per share to settle SG$6 million. The second tranche comprises 25 million shares at an issue price of SG$0.28 per share to settle the remaining SG$7 million.
