First Graphene Signs Distribution Deal to Launch Cement Additive in China

First Graphene (M11.F) tapped The Sixth Element (Changzhou) Material Technology as a key distributor of its PureGRAPH CEM additive across China, according to a Monday release. Under the memorandum of understanding, the Chinese distributor will attain exclusivity after achieving annual purchase targets. The graphene products supplier will also initiate talks for a joint venture or licensing deal to manufacture the cement additive in China once 200 tonnes of the product are sold. The memorandum includes provisions to make Sixth Element a global distributor of PureGRAPH CEM.
