Nivika Fastigheter Buys Two Swedish Properties
Nivika Fastigheter (NIVI-B.ST) purchased the Glöden 6 and Glöden 8 properties in Varberg, Sweden, through a mix of equity and bank financing. The real estate company bought the properties, with a leasable area of just under 1,800 square meters, at a combined property value of 32 million kronor, according to a July 3 filing. The properties offer a rental value of more than 3 million kronor per annum. Nivika Fastigheter also signed a lease agreement for a nearby property already owned by the company.
