Bridgepoint Said to Become Top Minority Stakeholder in French Startup Skello

Bridgepoint Group (BPT.L) is expected to become the top minority shareholder at Skello as it will contribute the bulk of a 200 million-euro financing round for the French human resource management software company, Citing a source close to the matter, the news outlet said the investment company will provide capital through its lower-middle-market fund Bridgepoint ​Development Capital V. Skello will reportedly use the funds to strengthen its position in France, expand ​across Europe, ⁠and recruit personnel in the second half. Bridgepoint and Skello did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
