CVC Capital to Bid for Stake in Vietnamese Fintech MoMo
Private equity company CVC Capital Partners (CVC.AS) is among the expected bidders for an undisclosed stake in Vietnam's MoMo, The fintech company is seeking binding bids in September, with Blackstone and MUFG also said to be among the suitors. One of the people told Reuters that the size of the stake being sold is expected to amount to a significant holding in MoMo. A third person told the news outlet that MoMo could sell an up to 50% stake. CVC Capital Partners and MoMo did not immediately respond to ' request for comment.
