CDB Leasing to Buy Up to 4 Billion Yuan of IT Equipment
China Development Bank Financial Leasing (HKG:1606) agreed to purchase information technology computer equipment worth up to 4.00 billion yuan from Shanghai Yuyun Information Technology for its operating lease business, according to a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing. The equipment, mainly used for high-performance computing applications such as large-scale data processing and cloud computing, will be funded through the company's own funds and/or commercial bank loans. Following completion of the purchase, CDB Leasing will lease the equipment to third-party customers under operating lease agreements.
