EVE Energy Proposes to Raise Amount for 2026 Related-Party Transactions

EVE Energy (SHE:300014) proposed to raise the threshold of its related-party transactions for the year to 5.80 billion yuan, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Saturday. The Chinese battery manufacturer's shares slipped 1% during Monday's morning trade. The company added 1.43 billion yuan to the estimate due to actual operational needs. The company previously estimated the year's related-party transactions to reach 4.37 billion yuan.
