The Chinese financial services provider's shares rose 2% during Monday's morning trade. The partnership fund, Shanghai Yunfeng Yuanchuang Private Equity Fund Center (Limited Partnership), aims to raise capital of up to 3 billion yuan. The registered business term of the partnership is 30 years.
