Talga's Start of Battery Graphite Anode Product Commercial Deliveries Important Milestone, Euroz Hartleys Says

Talga Group's (ASX:TLG) start of commercial deliveries of battery graphite anode product Talnode-C to its customer Nyobolt marks a significant milestone and a shift from customer qualification and validation into commercial sales, Euroz Hartleys said in a note on Friday. The first shipment was delivered from Talga's EVA demonstration plant in Luleå, Sweden, at the contracted commercial price. The balance of the 3,000-tonne offtake will be supplied from a planned commercial-scale anode plant in Sweden, with construction planned to begin in 2027, subject to a final investment decision. The deliveries help broaden the market for Talnode-C and for the company. A number of these markets, particularly the artificial intelligence data center power and drones and defense hardware, are backed by significant structural growth drivers. The investment firm maintained Talga's speculative buy recommendation and placed the AU$1.33-per-share price target under review.
