Electro Optic Systems Holdings (ASX:EOS) said it was late in filing an Appendix 3Y related to CEO Andreas Schwer due to an "administrative oversight," according to a Friday notice filed with the Australian bourse on Monday. The Appendix 3Y, related to a change in Schwer's interest in the company, was filed late on July 1 in what Electro Optic Systems described as "an isolated incident." The company issued the Monday statement in response to a query from the ASX, saying that it continues to target timely compliance with listing rules.
