ASX Says Total New Capital Quoted Falls in June
ASX (ASX:ASX) said that total new capital quoted in June was AU$3.35 billion, compared with AU$11 billion a year ago, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing. The total quoted market capitalization of entities delisted was AU$1.4 billion, compared with AU$172 million a year ago. The average daily number of trades of 3.2 million in June was up 47% from 2.2 million in the prior year, per the filing. The average daily value traded on-market of AU$8.41 billion was up 19% from AU$7.07 billion in the year-ago period.
