Tabcorp Holdings Says Macquarie Group Becomes Substantial Holder

Tabcorp Holdings (ASX:TAH) received notice that Macquarie Group (ASX:MQG) became a substantial holder of the company on June 30, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse. The Macquarie Group now owns 118.8 million shares in the company, representing a 5.18% total voting power, the filing said.
