Winton Land CEO Resigns

Winton Land (ASX:WTN, NZE:WIN) said that Chief Executive and Chair Chris Meehan has resigned, effective immediately, according to a Monday filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses. Meehan resigned during the final stages of a board-led employment process after taking a leave due to health reasons, per the filing. Independent Director Steven Joyce has been elected by the board as chair, effective immediately, the filing said. The board will launch a comprehensive process to appoint a permanent CEO, the filing added.
