Air Canada Reports Record Q3 Revenue, Updates 2026 Guidance

Air Canada reported record operating revenue of $6.984 billion, adjusted EBITDA of $936 million and operating income of $261 million for Q3 2026. It completed a substantial issuer bid that reduced shares outstanding by approximately 10%, repaid $1.7 billion in debt using Aeroplan proceeds, and updated full-year guidance to reflect higher fuel-price expectations.
