CNO Financial Group Reports Third-Quarter Results, Raises 2026 Guidance

CNO reported third-quarter net income of $161 million, or $1.71 per diluted share, and net operating income of $179 million, or $1.90 per diluted share. The midpoint of its full-year 2026 operating EPS guidance increased 9% from prior projections.
