Western Metallica Extends Ajax Exclusivity to Nov. 30, 2026

Western Metallica extended exclusivity under its binding option agreement with Ajax Resources through Nov. 30, 2026, for Ajax to acquire 100% of Western Metallica, S.L., owner of the Nueva Celti Copper Project. TSXV granted conditional approval, subject to closing conditions including shareholder approval.
