Forestar Reports Fiscal 2026 Results, Sets Fiscal 2027 Guidance

Forestar reported fiscal 2026 revenue of $1.6 billion, including fourth-quarter revenue of $580.8 million and earnings of $59.2 million, or $1.15 per share. Fiscal 2027 guidance calls for revenue of $1.4 billion to $1.5 billion and delivery of 12,000 to 13,000 lots, with approximately $1.3 billion in planned investment.
