Alignment Healthcare reported third-quarter revenue of $1.36 billion, up 36.7% year over year, and health plan membership of 301,200, up 31.2%. It lowered full-year 2026 adjusted gross profit and adjusted EBITDA guidance after higher medical costs in the quarter.
