Narragansett Bancorp Sets Nov. 2 IPO and Nasdaq Listing

Narragansett Bancorp expects to complete its reorganization and stock offering and begin Nasdaq trading under NARA on Nov. 2, 2026. The offering includes 9.10 million shares; additional shares issued to its MHC and a foundation are expected to bring total shares outstanding to 21.16 million.
