Alandalus Property Unit Enters Educational Complex Construction, Lease Deal in Saudi Arabia

Alandalus Property (SASE:4320) said Sunday that its Alandalus Litashid Almabani Aldirasia Co. unit entered into a deal to construct and lease an educational facility in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The property company will lease the educational complex, which will span 16,000 square meters, to Madaras Ajeal Alyamama for 25 years. The company added that the lease deal's net rental value was 156.9 million Saudi riyals.
