India Finance Ministry Defends IDBI Bank Stake-Sale Valuation

The Ministry of Finance issued a clarification defending the valuation and bidding process for IDBI Bank’s strategic restructuring. It said delegated panel discretion raised the deal value by Rs 3,917 crore.
