Sabine Pass Gains, Corpus Christi Slips as US LNG Production Hits 17,135 MMcf/d, UBS Says

US liquefied natural gas export terminals continued operating at high levels, lifting production to 17,135 million cubic feet per day last week, UBS said in a Wednesday note. Total LNG production increased to 17,135 MMcf/d, compared with 17,050 MMcf/d a week earlier and 16,198 MMcf/d a month earlier, the data showed. Sabine Pass increased production over the week to 4,116 MMcf/d from 4,100 MMcf/d, while remaining below the 4,225 MMcf/d recorded a month earlier. Corpus Christi output fell to 3,225 MMcf/d from 3,322 MMcf/d a week earlier and 3,300 MMcf/d a month earlier, UBS said. Plaquemines edged lower to 3,324 MMcf/d from 3,329 MMcf/d a week earlier and 3,437 MMcf/d a month earlier. Meanwhile, Calcasieu Pass rose to 1,423 MMcf/d from 1,344 MMcf/d over the week but remained below 1,503 MMcf/d reported a month earlier, UBS said. Calcasieu Pass increased production to 1,423 MMcf/d from 1,344 MMcf/d a week earlier, although output remained below 1,503 MMcf/d recorded a month earlier, UBS said. Golden Pass produced 277 MMcf/d in the latest week, down from 305 MMcf/d a week earlier but above 207 MMcf/d a month earlier. The terminal loaded and shipped its first liquefied natural.
