German Court Favors Infineon in Another Patent Infringement Case Against China's Innoscience
Infineon Technologies (IFX.F) won another patent infringement case against Chinese semiconductor company Innoscience over the latter's unauthorized use of patented gallium nitride technologies. The District Court Munich I prohibited Innoscience from "importing, selling, and marketing patent-infringing products in Germany" and ordered it to pay damages to Infineon, according to a Friday release by the German chipmaker.
