MMG, Anglo American Extend Long Stop Date for Nickel Business Deal

MMG Ltd. and Anglo American (AAL.L, AGL.JO) agreed to extend the long stop date linked to the Hong Kong-listed miner's planned purchase of the London-traded group's nickel business to Oct. 31 from Tuesday. MMG said Friday it will continue to work with Anglo and the European Commission, which started a phase 2 review into the deal.
