Tapir: Rendeavour Holding Gains Saudi Arabian Investor for Kenya Development

Tapir Holdings (TAPH.L) said Friday its 10%-owned Rendeavour Holding secured an investment from Saudi Arabia's Mabani Aljazeera Group for the development of a real estate project in Tatu City, Kenya. Mabani Aljazeera Group's subsidiary Swan Properties will receive a 50% minus one stake in the Jabali Towers development company in exchange for its investment. Rendeavour Holding will remain as the project's majority shareholder.
