Helix Exploration Raises GBP18 Million via Retail Offering, Share Placement
Helix Exploration (HEX.L) said Friday it raised 1.6 million pounds sterling through a retail offering of 7,272,727 new shares at 0.22 pound per share. The helium exploration and development company raised a total of 17.6 million pounds through the retail offer and a completed placement of 80 million shares.
