Entegris, Inc. reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $1.005 billion, a 24.5% increase from $807.1 million in the prior-year period. GAAP earnings for the quarter were $157.8 million, or $1.03 per share, compared to $70.5 million, or $0.46 per share, in the same period last year. On an adjusted basis, the company reported earnings of $189.7 million, or $1.23 per share.
Looking ahead, Entegris provided fourth-quarter guidance, projecting revenue in the range of $1.03 billion to $1.06 billion and adjusted earnings per share between $1.32 and $1.40.
