Zyus Life Sciences Raises C$150,000 Proceeds From Fifth Tranche of Secured Loan Financing
Zyus Life Sciences (ZYUS.V) closed a fifth tranche of a secured loan financing, for C$150,000 proceeds, bringing the total amount raised so far to C$845,000, the company said overnight Thursday. Zyus Life's subsidiary, Zyus, expects to close additional tranches under the secured loan, which has a ceiling of C$2 million, a statement said. The loan, which will mature six months from the effective date, bears interest at 12% per annum and is pre-payable at any time without penalty or premium.
