Xerox Holdings Corporation reported a net loss of $1.019 billion, or $7.73 per share, for the third quarter of 2026, compared to a loss of $764 million in the same period last year. The results were impacted by a $955 million non-cash goodwill impairment charge. Revenue for the quarter fell 4.7% year-over-year to $1.868 billion. Due to intensifying headwinds and greater-than-expected near-term pressure, the company lowered its fiscal 2026 adjusted operating income guidance to a range of $450 million to $475 million, down from its previous forecast of $555 million to $605 million.

The company maintained its revenue outlook of approximately $7.6 billion for the year.
