Phathom Reports Q3 2026 Revenue of $84.7 Million, Reaffirms Guidance
Revenue rose 71% year over year and 14% from Q2. The company reported a $13.9 million net loss, positive operating cash flow for a second consecutive quarter, and more than 2 million VOQUEZNA prescriptions filled since launch through October 16, 2026.
Phathom Pharmaceuticals reported net revenues of $84.7 million for the third quarter of 2026, representing a 71% increase compared to the same period in 2025 and a 14% increase over the second quarter of 2026. The company recorded a net loss of $13.9 million for the quarter, an improvement from the $30.0 million net loss reported in the third quarter of 2025. Phathom also achieved positive operating cash flow for the second consecutive quarter and reaffirmed its full-year 2026 financial guidance.
Additionally, the company reported that over 2 million total VOQUEZNA prescriptions have been filled since launch through October 16, 2026, with approximately 380,000 prescriptions filled during the third quarter alone.
