Ellipsiz Subsidiary to Undertake Voluntary Liquidation

Ellipsiz's (SGX:BIX) Ellipsiz Taiwan is undertaking a members' voluntary liquidation, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange. The liquidation of the 78%-owned subsidiary is not expected to impact the company's earnings per share for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2027.
