Supreme Court Sets Sept. 7 Trial Date for Former Ain Directors

Japanese pharmacy store operator Ain (TYO:9627) confirmed a public trial hearing set by the Supreme Court on Sept. 7, according to a Friday filing. The case is against former directors of the company and its subsidiary, who were acquitted by the Sapporo High Court's Court of Appeals in early 2025.
