Corem Signs Lease for Swedish Office Space

Corem Property Group (CORE-A.ST) entered into a six-year lease contract with Länsstyrelsen for 6,310 square meters of office space in Linköping, Sweden. The real estate company said Friday the building will be renovated before occupancy, which is set for the third quarter.
