ARCHION (TYO:543A) said that a report regarding a possible secondary offering of its common shares was not issued by the company. Responding to a Nikkei report, the Japan-based automotive company said it is exploring a range of options as part of its capital strategy, including a possible secondary offering, but no decision has been made at this time.
