SIA Engineering, Air India to Explore MRO Joint Venture

SIA Engineering (SGX:S59) and Air India signed a deal to explore collaboration in maintenance, repair and overhaul services in India, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange. The nonbinding memorandum of understanding further reinforces a 12-year technical management agreement and includes a potential joint venture.
