Bergen Carbon Solutions Gets Notice of Intention to Grant Norwegian Patent

Bergen Carbon Solutions (BCS.OL) said Friday it received a notice of intention to grant from the Norwegian Industrial Property Office for a patent application covering parts of its carbon dioxide separation technology. The application relates to the carbon utilization technology company's process for purifying and handling carbon-containing materials derived from carbon dioxide. Bergen Carbon said the notice indicates the application has met patentability requirements, subject to final formalities.
