UK's International Reserves Climb in June
The UK government's gross reserve assets rose to $225.75 billion in June from $225.61 billion in May, according to Bank of England data published Friday. The amount consists of $126.51 billion in foreign currency reserves, $7.41 billion in International Monetary Fund reserve position, $38.85 billion in special drawing rights, $40.32 billion in gold, and $12.67 billion in other reserve assets.
