Wells Fargo Upgrades eBay to Equal Weight, Raises Target to $106

Wells Fargo analyst Ken Gawrelski upgraded eBay from Underweight to Equal Weight and raised the price target from $91 to $106. Barclays also raised its price target, though the new target is not provided.
