BioNTech Said to Scout Potential Buyers for German Sites

The company has held confidential talks with potential buyers, according to Handelsblatt. In response to, BioNTech said the plans to exit the sites and explore divestment options, including partial or full sales, were disclosed in its May quarterly report. The company added that it does not comment on potential or ongoing discussions.
