Hepsor JV Secures EUR12.7 Million Loan for Residential Project in Estonia

Hepsor SOF, a joint venture between Hepsor (HPR1T.TL) and EfTEN Special Opportunities Fund, signed a 12.7 million-euro loan agreement with Coop Pank to finance the construction of three residential buildings in the Paevälja quarter in Lasnamäe, Estonia. The joint venture also signed construction agreements with Mitt & Perlebach for apartment buildings at Paevälja 7 and Paevälja 9, along with related roads and utility networks, the Estonian real estate developer said Friday. The project will add 88 homes, with completion expected in the autumn of 2027. Hepsor said 20 homes were sold before construction began.
