RC365 Unit Signs Five-year Fintech Services Deal
RC365 Holding (RCGH.L) said Friday its unit Regal Crown Technology will deliver an integrated suite of financial technology services to Blacksilver Trust (Hong Kong) under a strategic partnership agreement. Through its RC3.0 platform, the fintech and payment services group will provide business virtual account services, supporting application programming interface, or API, services, and trust management system modernization to Blacksilver. The five-year agreement will take effect immediately and carries a monthly service fee of $5,000 per client per service type, subject to an annual increase of 8%. RC365 may also charge separate mandate fees for additional services requested by clients.
