Litigation Capital Management to Write Off Investment After Rejected Competition Appeal

Litigation Capital Management (LIT.L) said Friday its funded party's attempt to appeal a competition claim loss was rejected. The alternative asset manager will write off its investment in the unnamed party, which was valued at 800,000 pounds sterling as of Dec. 31, 2025.
