Alien Metals Partner Plans Drilling at Munni Munni, Whundo Projects in Australia
Alien Metals' (UFO.L) minority-owned GreenTech Metals plans to commence a drilling program at two projects in West Pilbara, Western Australia. The minerals explorer said Friday that drilling will target the Munni Munni platinum group element-copper-nickel project and the Whundo copper-zinc-gold project. A drill rig is expected to be mobilized to the site in late July, while a second rig is expected to start operations after receiving additional heritage clearances. Alien Metals holds a 10% stake in Australia-listed GreenTech and a 30% interest in GreenTech's joint venture covering the Munni Munni project.
